What do we offer? We bring the Grill to you! I pull up and disconnect the Grill and start cooking. Our rig has two 5x3ft Santa Maria style grills, 30x30x30 smoker capable of 120 lbs. of Meats at a time and a 36 x 24in. stove for cooking anything!
We are capable of serving up to 400 people a day off our Rig. What kind of events: Parties, Weddings, Memorials, Company Picnics, Open Houses, Fundraiser & Charity events and Festivals. How long have we been around? Well we started Grilling back in the late 70's at Lake San Antoinio for large family gatherings, evolved through the Lions Club doing Pancake breakfasts and Cioppino dinners up to 600 and Harley Davidson Owners groups of 500 and more to finally building my own Grill. Check out some of our Locations from California to Oregon and back.
